As responsible for Planning Development at Nordic Forum, you are the one who ensures and develops methods and practices that optimize stock levels and supply of goods in the company. The correct product should be in the correct quantity at the right place at the right time at the right cost. You have a strategic role and collaborate with many internal and external international contacts.
The position is located in Copenhagen but you travel on average 5-10 days / month.

You work strategically. Your role is similar to an internal consultant where you, with your experience and skills, guide the organization towards effective planning solutions.
Examples of tasks:
* You develop, implement and follow up on standards, routines and KPIs as well as train and support those who work operatively with this in the business.
* Ensure that local requirements and standards are taken into account when developing global standards.
* You share ”best practices” regarding supply & demand planning within the organization.
* You act as an expert and lead/support projects in planning matters, such as demand forecast accuracy improvement, stock optimization models, planning tools / systems, supplier issues, S&OP, etc.
You are located at the head office in Kastrup. Travel is included in this position, mainly to Nordic Forums subsidiaries located in Poland, Norway and Denmark. You travel 20-50% of your working hours.
You have about 5 years of experience in working in Supply Chain with demand & supply planning in a market-leading company.
You have also worked with supplier issues and negotiations.
You have had a leading role, has successfully managed a major international project team and is used to working in different cultures.
You have worked with the implementation of S&OP processes.
Experience of Lean Management is an advantage. (Kanban, JIT, etc.)
You are a Super/Key user in SAP, DAX or comparable ERP/WMS software
You are Super/Key user in APO, Add * One, Syncron, Relex, or comparable scheduling software
You are a very experienced Excel and PowerPoint user.
As a person, you are an experienced leader that people wants to follow, used to deliver results in a complex and international environment. You are solution-oriented and have a strong business drive.
Your English is fluent in spoken and written terms. You speak one of the Scandinavian languages and one advantage is if you speak Polish as well.
