You are a service professional who ensures that project managers and staff get relief and support. You have certain areas of responsibility that are your own but you are also someone who offers help and support where needed.

The office is located 10 minutes walk from Kastrup Airport. This is a temporary agency until August 2018. You will be hired by Nordic Forum.

At Nordic Forum, a number of projects are run, such as logistics, purchasing, efficiency improvements and other improvements in different areas. Your role as project support is to make work easier for project managers and project staff. You manage and control different tasks, make sure the data, calculations and numbers are correct.
You are familiar with how to work with different projects in the company and communicate tips and ideas between departments, companies and projects.
You help your colleagues with presentations in PowerPoint, keep track of where updates need to be made and make sure it’s done.
You carry out calculations and basis, for example on prices, in Excel.
You love being a service provider! You also like having an active and flexible job where things are always happening and you find solutions independently.
We believe that you previously worked in a similar position where you had a coordinating or supportive role. You have a big order sentence and you are looking to complete what you have begun.
You are an experienced Excel user and are also good at PowerPoint.
That you speak, write and work unobtrusively in English is an absolute requirement. If you can also work in a Nordic language, or Polish, it’s a plus.
