The Industrialization engineer (Product Engineer) will be the gatekeeper and support between development and production.

Your main tasks will be:
• Change requests approval, permanent and temporary, and ensure that the change implementation process is followed.
• Documentation and interpretation of technical specifications in PLM software.
• Review and approve PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and PTR (Production Trial Run).
• Technical support for the operation.
Preferred qualifications and background:
• B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
• Experience within Change implementation
• Knowledge of electric motors and design
• Good knowledge in all MS Office programs
• Experience in working with PLM and/or PDM software
• Experience of working with FMEA, PPAP and PTR
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

You communicate on all levels, have excellent written and verbal skills in English and preferably Swedish. Further on, you are a team player that values other´s competences and knowledge. You pay attention to details and are used to make thoughtful decisions.
