The assignment is full time and based at an IT-department in Marievik, Stockholm.
– Administrate and secure that the whole consultant procurement process is followed from start to finish: register job ads, schedule interviews, create accounts, order equipment for new and in-place consultants
– Introduce, follow up and terminate consultants
– Follow up offshore vendors on operational level in accordance with the division Vendor Governance Model
– Interact with offshore vendors regarding resource fulfillment on operational level in accordance with the division Vendor Governance Model
– Act as first line support for all consultant related questions from consultants or other stakeholders
– Managing relations to Consultant Sourcing (IT-Konsult)
– Close cooperation with object owners so you’ll get a deep understanding what the team are looking for
– Spread information to relevant stakeholders
– Secure that the IT-consultant procurement process is followed and improved when needed
– Educate internal customers in the consultant procurement process
– Monitoring contract milestones and dates for contract termination
– Participate in different resource and sourcing meetings
– Likes to work independently

– Experience of working with offshore, both vendors and consultants
– Experience from working in a IT-department, with a high-level understanding of the roles and competences in an IT-delivery
– Experience from working with projects
– Experience of working with allocation of resources
Excellent skills in Office and particularly Excel
