Briefly about this position
As Brand/Marketing Manager for Nord-Lock, being one of four marketing managers/brand managers within the Nord-Lock Group, you will be responsible for the successful development of the Nord-Lock brand.
You will manage the brand marketing plan and the development of various strategies and creative campaigns. You will oversee the implementation of the marketing plan within our different regions in order to increase brand demand and market share. You will operate in a key role and work across the organization with colleagues from the Nord-Lock division as well as the global marketing team. This position is placed at Nord-Lock Groups head office in Malmö and you will report to the Global Marketing Manager.

More about the position
Nord-Lock Group consists of four strong technology brands: Nord-Lock, Expander, Superbolt and Boltight. You will be responsible of the Nord-Lock technology brand.
Examples of responsibilities:
* Develop Brand Strategy and Yearly Marketing Plan for the Nord-Lock Division.
* Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Nord-Lock products in the market and the different regions.
* Communicate the value proposition of the products to the regional sales and marketing teams and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the Nord-Lock products.
* Support product launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
You will work with analysis, you will lead brand initiatives and develop strategies.
You will join the global marketing team, which is currently made up of over 20 team members and work closely with the three other Brand Managers, the global Regional Managers, the Development Team, Product Managers as well as with the entire global marketing team.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and maybe an engineering or technical background. You are an experienced Brand/ Marketing Manager, probably in an international B2B company.
Your English is excellent both written and spoken. Preferably you also speak Swedish.
You can be away from home travelling 3-5 days per month.
You are experienced in Microsoft programs and PC environment.
