We are looking for a Web designer / UX – designer with digital marketing skills, who wants to join and be a part of the market communication team. A team that will bring Swep into the absolute forefront of digital communication.
This job is for you who loves being in charge, and control, of the web development projects. You will plan, and to many parts execute design, maintenance and administration. You know how to create amazing user experiences on-line. You have an eye for clean and artful web design as well as superior user interface design skills. You know how to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. You then transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. This goes for all from overall corporate communication down to e-letters and digital campaigns. You will also be enjoying yourself taking lead and responsibility for the digital marketing development.
Working as a Web designer / UX – designer at Swep means taking great responsibility, but also lots of possibilities and great potential.
Position responsibilities
• Act as project manager of assigned digital communication activities and a general resource for team projects
• Take lead of digital communication and web strategies
• Improve and conceptualize website design and content ideas that bring simplicity and user- friendliness to complex roadblocks
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off and implementation
• Lead social media strategies with regard to coordinating and enhancing online presence
• Handle web statistics and analytics in order to track and improve conversion
• Develop and utilize SEO strategies and activities
• Review new technologies in order to keep Swep at the forefront of development in digital marketing.
Required qualifications
• Proven work experience as a web designer
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
• Experience in Human-Computer Interaction and/or Interaction Design
Preferred qualifications
• Experience of Marketing
• Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Experience/understanding in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
• Ability to analyze data sets and deliver actionable business recommendations
• Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
To be able to do this we see you having an attitude of “can-do”, be determined and entrepreneurial yet adaptable to the rest of the team. We believe you have some experience of project management and also can act as an analyst when needed. You are creative, energetic and can handle multiple projects in parallel. Communication skills, previous experience of working with different tasks on communicative/UX design and technical side as well as with third party suppliers are favorably.
