Technical Writer

Arjo is looking for an additional technical writer to their team in Malmö. The Technical Writer team in Malmö consists of 6 people working closely together where everyone has global roles with much freedom and responsibility. The department is in a phase of changing and modernizing how we work, which is a real opportunity for you and the rest of our team to influence the future setup.

As a Technical Writer you will have an understanding of all aspects of the documentation lifecycle. You work closely with your team members and the production sites all over the world and produce the highest quality documentation to ensure that user manual, service documentation and labels on company products are available to both Arjo’s customers and internal personnel. You will both work with development projects and the maintenance of already existing products.
Arjo is in the process of implementing both an XML-application and CCMS which will be both exciting and a great learning opportunity.

About you
The successful candidate should have a strong technical writing experience, at least 3 years, and have been working in a manufacturing delivery environment, and be familiar with related processes and terminology. It is essential to have a good knowledge in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Adobe CC, and it is a merit if you are familiar with Framemaker. English is the working-language and it is therefore essential to have excellent skills in both English and Swedish. It is an advantage if you have a degree in technical writing or similar.
