About the job
Responsible for tactical execution relating to brand development, and marketing communication. These responsibilities include facilitating brand activation in markets, product launches, event production, and all forms of collateral & marketing communications. This function is expected to develop and execute a marketing communication strategy to support the overall global business strategy. Other responsibilities will include marketing execution, budget management, facilitating creative resources, developing collateral and establishing calendars for advertising, events, promotions etc.

• Market and communication annual planning, strategy development and execution of tactics including media/advertising, digital media, and event marketing. Tactical execution management includes budget planning and tracking, project management, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, photography production, onsite event management, etc.
• Develop annual marketing communication plan integrating social media, web, congresses and global events Support with cohesive tactical plan. Master the rolling marketing communication calendar ensuring effective internal communication and planning.
• Participate in the development of new and existing product marketing plans, packaging strategy, and be the key driver and overall responsible for the brand, website and digital strategy.
• As a member of the global marketing team this function is responsible for being a liaison between marketing and other functions within the company. Actively participate and/or lead regular meetings with cross-functional product team members; follow up on action items.
• Responsible for leading vendor selection and relationship management with external marketing agencies and partners.
• Support trade shows and event activations including brand image, activations and on-site engagement.
• Acts as a brand champion and ensures all communications is consistent and accurately supports the brand strategy. Work closely with Product Mangers to develop content, photos, videos, collateral and other marketing materials.
• Supports in preparation of marketing materials for the sales force and evaluates and modifies promotion or advertising programs to effectively support organizational goals.

Your profile
• Education – B.S. Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience – 3+ years in the valid area of work. Medical industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated critical/analytical thinking ability.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Well organized and structured
