In this position, as Executive Assistant at Camurus headquarter in Lund, you will report to and work closely with the CEO and Head of R&D, who is dependent on your ability to provide broad, high quality and hands on/operational support. Your main responsibilities includes administration support, calendar management, coordination and planning of meetings and travels. But this position also offers a fast-paced, international environment, a company with innovative products as well as highly motivated and driven colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will include proactive administrative support to CEO and Head of R&D including calendar management, coordination and planning of meetings, and travels. You will furthermore manage mail and correspondence for the CEO and Head of R&D ensuring timely and professional communication both oral and written.Additionally, you will assist the CEO and Head of R&D with updating of presentations, documents and general material for internal and external activities. You will be interacting directly with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of information and material.
You will be working independently, planning and organizing work in order to meet specific timeframes and resolve factors that may influence the delivery of service in a timely and accurate manner.
To be successful in this position, you have previous experience with similar tasks in an international environment working hands-on with handling a broad spectrum of tasks and responsibilities. You preferably hold a university degree.
You have a genuine interest in and understanding of how to provide and ensure high quality service and support for senior management positions. You have an excellent command of both oral and written English and Swedish. You have a structured and organized approach to your work and are quality minded with a high attention to detail.
You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are a resourceful teamplayer, with the ability to also work independently. You are used to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, demonstrating the highest level of customer/client service and response.
