As part of our team, you will work with a global base of clients to as we change the future of recruitment and employer branding.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Key Account Manager to join us.

As Key Account Manager you will:
• Manage customer relations as well as find and retain partnerships.
• Focus on the sale of recruitment competitions to universities, conferences, and private organizations.
• Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business.
• Be responsible for reaching the annual sales budget given to you as well as to improve and develop sales processes for several products within our line.
• Be responsible for understanding how to present the products, the development of a marketing campaign, and the coaching of other sales executives if necessary.

Additional information:
• Leads will be provided from Sales Developer Representatives in the team but can also be self-sourced
• Base salary with uncapped bonus structure
• Professional development – promotion within the Sales team
